Meet Chelsea Brennan
Co-Founder & CEO

Chelsea is a lifelong book lover who turned their passion for stories into a business, creating fantasy-inspired merch for fellow readers. Chelsea loves bringing book worlds to life with stickers, stationery, and gifts that let fans carry a little magic with them.
Managing Kingdom of Threads' overall business direction, licensing partnerships, and wholesale sales, Chelsea gets to lean on her finance and business background while having way more fun creating art and diving into stories she loves.
Chelsea lives in Connecticut with her husband, Jeremiah, and their two boys (aged 9 and 7).
Meet Lauren Garafalo
Co-Founder & COO

Lauren founded Kingdom of Threads with Chelsea and wears many hats as the COO. (Also known as our Chief Glitter Officer.) Lauren makes sure the team has everything they need, keeping things running smoothly, and ensures all the magical merch gets to readers on time. She has always loved fantasy, rainbows, and a good romance story, so getting to create bookish merch that celebrates those worlds is a dream come true.
Lauren's experience in film and design gives her amazing insight into licensing processes, merchandise development, and project management.
Lauren lives in Connecticut with her six-year-old daughter.
